Terms and Conditions for Nicole Sherwood’s Urban Horse School Online Membership

1. Membership and Access:

• This membership provides access to a library of online horse training videos and a private members’ forum.
• Membership is granted upon successful payment of a monthly or annual subscription fee.
• Access to the members’ area is contingent upon active membership.

2. Payment and Subscription:

• Subscription fees are payable monthly or annually, as selected during the sign-up process.
• In the event of a failed payment, members will have a 2-day grace period to resolve the issue.
• Failure to resolve payment issues within the grace period will result in immediate suspension of membership access.
• Subscriptions will automatically renew unless cancelled by the member.

3. Use of Content:

• All content within the members’ area, including videos and forum posts, is for the exclusive use of paying members.
• Content may not be shared, distributed, or reproduced without the express written permission of Nicole Sherwood’s Urban Horse School.
• The training videos are for educational purposes only, and do not replace in person professional advice.

4. Forum Conduct:

• The members’ forum is a private space for respectful discussion and knowledge sharing.
• Members are expected to communicate in a courteous and professional manner.
• The use of inappropriate language, offensive content, or disruptive behaviour is strictly prohibited.
• Nicole Sherwood’s Urban Horse School reserves the right to ban any member from the forum for violations of these conduct guidelines.
• The opinions of other members do not reflect the opinions of Nicole Sherwood.

5. Trainer Interaction:

• Members have the opportunity to ask training-related questions to Nicole Sherwood via the forum.
• While Nicole Sherwood will endeavour to respond promptly, response times cannot be guaranteed.
• Nicole Sherwood’s advice given within the forum, does not replace in person professional advice.

6. Limitation of Liability:

• Nicole Sherwood’s Urban Horse School shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of the membership content or forum.
• Members use the training materials and forum at their own risk.

7. Cancellation and Refunds:

• Members may cancel their subscription at any time.
• No refunds will be provided for partially used subscription periods.
• Access to the members’ area will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions:

• Nicole Sherwood’s Urban Horse School reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
• Members will be notified of any changes via email or through a notice within the members’ area.   
• Continued use of the membership area after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
